Zesium Mobile d.o.o. Novi Sad, Serbia was founded in 2004 by Zesium Mobile GmbH, Munich, Germany and Communication Software Laboratory, NSCom, Novi Sad, Serbia, with clear strategy and mission to provide wireless and mobile solutions through innovation, creativity and product excellence. Since then Zesium mobile d.o.o. has been cultivating synergy among stakeholders, management and employees with ultimate aim to satisfy their particular needs.

The stakeholders and their percentage share are presented as following:

ENGINEERS

Being aware that engineers and their experience, skills and knowledge are the most valuable assets, the company continuously and with special care invests in human resources by encouraging personal initiative and offering suitable environment for self-improvement and satisfaction of their needs. Promoting constant learning and creativity, we have been drawing our vision with intention to preserve pleasurable working atmosphere within company and mark ourselves as “The Best Place to Work”.

At the moment, Zesium team is consisted of a compact group of 16 dedicated and skilled engineers with University degree and 1 to 6 years of experience, who work together on solving different kinds of problems, and without any doubt, gives us strong confidence that quality and successful outcome will be met for each project where they are involved. The key point of our team collaboration is in instigation of open communication, as well as ideas and information sharing, which contribute to better understanding of possible issues and contriving optimal solutions. Zesium team covers all necessary roles for successful and efficient project execution and completion, which means that each team member fully accepts his/her responsibility in a project and is fully aware of roles and project duties of others. Team leaders with experience in project management are able to recognize abilities and skills of each team member and motivate him/her to use them adequately for producing the best results.

Having established beneficial cooperation with Department of telecommunication and signal processing at Faculty of Technical Science, University of Novi Sad, Zesium recruits highly educated young engineers to join our team and enrich us with new ideas and knowledge. With this, we are able to quickly span our team without losing quality of our overall performance, working procedures and final product.


CERTIFICATION

With purpose to improve quality of management and working procedures within company, and all in order to achieve better competitiveness on IT international market, Zesium has taken part in ongoing IT Mark certification held in partnership with Serbian Software Cluster and ESI Center Bulgaria.

The IT Mark reference models, as the first step toward full CMMI certification, contains following areas:

• Business performance – 10squared model that includes 100 elements split in 10 groups.
• Information Security – ISO 27001/27002 standard,
  
• Software Development processes – CMMI Model, Maturity Level 2 Process Areas description.
